Privacy Policy

Account basics: your name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — nothing else.

Your content: the resume you upload, the answers you give in the AI interview, the customizations you make, and the generative painting we create with you.

Usage data: how many people view your public profile, roughly how long they stay, and which of your tools they use — so we can show you your own analytics.

Session recordings on our public pages only: on our marketing pages and the sign-up and upload screens, we record how the page is used — clicks, scrolling, and navigation — so we can see where people get stuck. Recording is off everywhere your resume or profile can appear, including the preview, editor, dashboard, and your public profile, and anything typed into a form is masked before it leaves your browser. We never record the contents of your resume.

To build the product you asked for: parse your resume, run the interview, generate your summary and portfolio, and power the AI chatbot and fit analysis on your profile.

To show you analytics about your own profile. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.

AI features send the relevant parts of your resume and interview answers to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate output. This data is processed to serve your request and is not used to train their models.

When you publish a profile, the content you choose to show becomes publicly visible at your share link. You control which sections appear, whether the chatbot is on, and whether it requires a password. You can unpublish at any time.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and take your public profile offline. Some records may persist briefly in backups before rotating out.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. If you’re in a region with specific data rights, those apply.

We encrypt data in transit, hash passwords, and limit internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as if it were our own.

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll let you know before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
