Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Skillfolio, you agree to these terms. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for them.

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you spot unauthorized use.

You keep all rights to the resume, answers, and profile content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service — for example, showing your published profile to visitors and generating AI output from your data.

Don’t use Skillfolio to impersonate someone, publish false claims about your background, harass others, or break the law. Profiles exist to represent real people honestly.

Skillfolio does not apply to jobs on your behalf, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes. It’s a tool for presenting who you are — the results depend on you and the people who find you.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your paid features stay active through the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before you pay, and we’ll notify you before any change.

When you cancel, we may offer to keep just your portfolio online at a lower price. If you decline, your published profile goes offline at the end of the billing period. Your data isn’t deleted unless you delete your account.

AI-generated content (summaries, enhanced bullets, chatbot answers, fit analysis) is a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy. Review anything before you publish or send it — you’re responsible for your final profile.

We work to keep Skillfolio running smoothly, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may update or change features to improve the product.

Skillfolio is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t legally be waived.
